I have done business with Good Carma since I bought my 2001 Jetta in July of 2009. I have had routine service and major repairs done. I have always had prompt and professional service at Good Carma. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable and always answer your questions. Car repair is never a fun thing to have to do but at Good Carma they ease the pain as much as possible and do quality, reliable work at a reasonable price. In an age where it seems everybody is out to get the most money for the least effort, the guys at Good Carma have shown this customer that honesty and work ethic are still alive and well!

Thank you for being so professional and thorough. I had my 2000 Passat wagon serviced at Good Carma last month. The people I spoke to on the phone and in person and those who diagnosed and repaired my car were thorough, accurate, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was done timely and quite well. These are all things I expect from "my mechanic." What I didn't expect was for them to replace a turn signal bulb and dash fuse for only $15! I went to a Mazda dealer a week later with a different car and thought the service was good too but they wanted $70 to replace 2 bulbs I replaced later for $6. Great work Good Carma!

Nobody wants to take their car in to have work done to it. But when it can't be avoided, Good Carma is a great option. Their staff is professional, friendly, and very knowledgable when it comes to their craft. I had some major work done and had to pass on a smaller fix for financial reasons. When I showed up to get my car, they had installed a used part from a junker to fix my problem, at no cost! They definitely understand the frustration of needing car repairs, and try to make the process as effective and painless as possible. Thanks Good Carma. I'll be back next time my car lets me down...

I was looking to buy a used car and knew the repairs required. So I emailed the part numbers to Good Carma for an estimate and received the info I needed in 12 (yes 12) minutes. How is that even possible!? I’ve never seen that kind of customer service. And btw, the parts/service estimate was 50% of what a local VW dealership quoted me.

Just a short note to thank you and your team for an outstanding job with my recent Audi repair. Every once in a while you work with someone who is willing to go to any length to figure it out and your team did just that. Specifically Jordan and the mechanics went over and above with communicating, diagnosing and fixing my A4. This is truly a special team in my humble opinion.
